I am an anxiety and narcissistic abuse trauma expert committed to helping women learn how to build healthier relationships with themselves, find their voice, and live more in the present. My work focuses on decreasing anxiety by teaching somatic focused skills and restructuring beliefs around relationships, specifically with parents. This in turn will help you place boundaries and maintain them. I believe in taking a collaborative approach to helping clients reach their goals. I'm passionate about creating a safe space for women struggling with anxiety and/or relationships with their parents. My interests lie in continuing to educate myself through webinars and trainings to provide the best care I can to my clients. Since I get to learn so much about you, it's only fair you get to know a little about me. My hobbies include: Hiking, reading, watching horror movies, weightlifting, spending time with family, scrolling social media and creating relatable content, traveling, dancing My educational background includes: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix 2014, Addiction Studies Certificate from Eastern Washington University in 2015, Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Capella University in 2018. I am also an Approved Clinical Supervisor in the state of Washington. I work with associate therapists who are pursuing licensure and completing their supervision hours. Please note I can only work with individuals that live in Washington State.
